[Asagi Ryu] Orihime - Last Part (Watashito Iikoto Shiyo?)

Kenji returns to a sleepy mountain village to discover his sisters Saori and Hika waiting with a tempting three-way proposition on the quiet road winding through the woods. The round-bellied, bespectacled Saori and her stacked sibling pull him into a feverish tangle of creampies and twin pregnancies, whispering who will give birth to a girl and who will deliver another child. After the chaotic night settles into a promise to spend their period together again, the rural homestead rests in peace under the stars.
