[chaccu, Kotoki Kei] Mavukare Mahou Shoujo! ♂Change of Heart♀ Ch. 7 [WhiteSymphony]

Trapped between two magical girls who claim to be "good and evil fairies," a trembling Kokoro confesses she gave up everything—her "onna," her identity, her life in Haruka—just to save the cross-dressing boy she loves. Punished for his arousal with a cold backside spanking and then overwhelmed by the greedy, mana-sucking "Garnet" squeezing every drop from him, Kokoro can barely breathe through the shame of becoming a "horny, shameful mana battery." When a strange tingling blossoms deep inside her stomach and a mysterious armored figure suddenly appears, she realizes too late that this magical night is far from over—to be continued!
