[Kinomoto Anzu] Tokubetsuna koto o suru tokki ni wa (Chiisana Karada no Dakigokochi)

A card game between Aya and Aki-Kun takes a naughty turn when Aki proposes a "special prize" for the winner, leading to Aya slipping into a revealing Akizuki Ritsuko cosplay outfit she promised to model. As things heat up between the petite schoolgirl and her boyfriend, her curious twin-tailed best friend Ava can't resist peeking in, eventually pulling off her striped thigh-highs to join in the fun. The intimate encounter escalates into a steamy threesome full of oral service and X-ray penetrations, with Aya being taken both anally and otherwise while praising herself as a "perfect" lover.
