[Kumanikotec (Kozakura Kumaneko)] Tabe Maid 2 - Shihai Yoku Hen [Incomplete]

Maids Akiko and Natsuki revel in their latest creation, comparing their swollen bellies in the bath before waddling into the steam room together, eager to indulge in 8kg of food and 9kg of milk while their master remains away on his long journey. Their evening feast turns to distress when Akiko suddenly doubles over in pain, prompting panicked cries and a bewildered rush to call for help as Natsuki can only stammer "uhh" in shock. The domestic service fantasy twists into a chaotic childbirth crisis, hinting at unexpected consequences from the household's intimate arrangements.
