[Teruwo] Sober Girl Takes Breast Augmentation Medicine to Confess Is In Trouble [Part 1]

Tsugumi Kohinata, a nervous schoolgirl desperate to finally confess to the childhood friend she's secretly loved, brews a homemade breast growth drug from a recipe found online—and the potion works far beyond her hopes, swelling her chest into gigantic breasts that bury her whole frame. Before she can even celebrate, her hips and ass launch into their own runaway ass expansion, her uniform tearing apart as she's pinned helplessly beneath curves far too heavy to move. Just as she surrenders to the overwhelming fullness, her crush arrives at the door and finds her sprawled out sobbing, wailing that there's no way she can be his bride now.
