[urute] Namameiro Rhapsody [Full Color] [biribiri]

A mysterious 'trans-flu' sweeping the streets swaps the genders of two childhood friends, and Akira and Ayumu decide the only way to learn their new bodies is a date that ends at Hotel So Young. Between fumbling mutual lessons—she teaches him how to stimulate a clit, he discovers just how sensitive his transformed friend can be—bashful Akira gives up her virginity in a blushing, x-rayed defloration, torn between insisting she's still a boy and admitting being a girl feels too good to stop. It all builds to a deep, squirting creampie and a 'few days later' epilogue where the flu has faded but the love-sickness between these two stubbornly hasn't.
