[Shadan Katsudoh (Kyuusuikei)] Saisei: Shadan (CrackleCradle) {Hennojin}

A schoolgirl claws her way back from death with a single resolve: to overcome whatever killed her, but the monstrous insect awaiting her has other plans, unleashing a swarm of ravenous larvae that crawl across her bare skin and bore into her screaming body. A dark-haired companion joins the fray, yet even the two of them end up drenched, exhausted, and defeated amid the writhing brood, their regeneration cut short by an enemy that cannot be beaten. Bleak, visceral body horror where resurrection is no salvation and every rebirth just feeds the infestation anew.
