[Asagi Ryu] Orihime - Last Part (Watashito Iikoto Shiyo?)

Country air and winding mountain roads set the stage when the alluring Sao-sensei recruits schoolboy Kenji for herb-picking, only for her heavily pregnant sister Hika to crash the moment with a shameless threesome proposition. What unfolds in the workshop bedroom is a tangled celebration of two very different sisters' shared devotion to the same lucky young man—kisses traded between siblings, Hika's belly heavy with Kenji's child, and Sao's own hunger for him finally laid bare. By the end, with Sao's fertility restored and talk of another baby in the air, this unconventional rural family promises to keep growing.
