[I'm moralist (Take)] Monhin Junkai Gurphobia ~Aru Shoujo Shinkan no Ishu Shussan Jigoku~ [xinsu]

A priestess's routine visit to a chained monster becomes her own damnation when the roles reverse and she ends up collared, cuffed, and impregnated by the creature she came to observe. Heavy with spawn, she's forced through agonizing births in a prison cavern, her swollen belly and straining naked body on full display as something squirming and toothed claws its way into the world. The true horror comes after — unshackled and promoted, she must now teach newcomers how to give birth, dragging her demon-birthing body willingly back into the dark.
