[Hitotsukami (Kitamura Kouichi)] Kanojo no Himitsu [Kuraudo]

Yamaguchi seems like the perfect student — beloved, confident, recently made class rep — but she hides a humiliating secret: a chronic condition that keeps her pooping her pants at the worst possible moments. The first person to witness one of her accidents ends up becoming her boyfriend, yet their first date spirals into disaster when her body betrays her again, leaving her sobbing on the toilet and apologizing for being the worst girlfriend ever. A shame-soaked blend of comedy and heartbreak that bets everything on whether he can accept the mess she's terrified will drive him away.
