[Marushamo] Shrunken With My Childhood Friend And...

A hospitalized boy learns his childhood friend's get-well visit comes with a catch—she's brought an 'onahole' sized for someone exactly his height, since two years of shrinking have left him small enough to qualify. Under her nurse's 'care,' he endures mock clinical treatments, gets ground against her dripping pussy while she pedals an exercise bike, and is stuffed into her sweat-soaked panties as her huge breasts heave overhead, each encounter leaving him tinier than the last. By the final page he's a mere 1 millimeter tall, declared an intriguing test subject and sentenced to live in a petri dish against his giantess captor's bare skin.
