[Yosutebito na Mangakaki (Tomoki Tomonori)] Sanae to Hina Double Oppai (Sukebe wa Nakama da Gensoukyou) (Touhou Project) [q91]

Divine duty takes a very hands-on turn when Hina Kagiyama, goddess of misfortune, learns that the bad luck weighing on a young boy can only be drawn out with generous helpings of her overflowing breast milk. Sanae Kochiya eagerly joins the effort, and with two pairs of enormous, milky breasts smothering him—and each other—the lucky shota is passed between the goddesses for a nakadashi finish that leaves everyone drenched and blissed out. Word of the miracle treatment spreads fast, children are multiplying at their door, and Sanae is already pleading for Hina to go another round.
