[Onsoku Ubaguruma (Uba Yoshiyuki)] Miyasaka Hospital 4 Healthy Days [naetranslates]

A lucky patient at Miyasaka Hospital gets his 'recovery' handled by three shameless, big-breasted nurses whose bedside manner revolves around thorough washes, straddling hips, and milking him until no one else could ever satisfy him again. Between blindfolded anal sessions where the bespectacled blonde teases whether he'll even fit, enema play that leaves one nurse begging to be filled, and a sweaty group free-for-all where every ass is fair game, the staff turn caregiving into a competitive sport of lust. As the fourth entry in the series, the harem's perverse dedication to their 'duties' pushes the poor sole male toward a messiest-yet climax he may not survive.
