[Sennen Teikoku (Mitsui Jun)] Tenshi no Poko (Youkan-tei - Puni Kura Vol. 3) [Hikaru Scans]

A desperate young man kneels at a church altar confessing his total inability to get hard, begging God for a miracle — and heaven answers by dispatching Poko, a giggling cherub who proudly introduces himself as a penis angel whose sacred duty is solving penis problems, aided by his trusty sidekick Pippy. The divine oral treatment works a little too well: the blessed seed triggers a monstrous transformation that swells the man into a hulking, berserk giant who rips clean out of his clothes and turns his overwhelming new appetite on his tiny celestial healer. The heavenly punchline is that Poko has done this before — this is already his hundredth patient, and one more satisfied soul floats up through the clouds waving bye-bye.
