[Awatake (Awatake Takahiro)] To the Apartment Building's Courtyard (Mysterious Posts series #3) [Full Color]

A fresh-faced newcomer with big breasts and twintails arrives at a quiet wooden apartment building, only to find its shared bath and courtyard far less innocent than they look. A neighbor from Room 106 introduces himself in the mixed bath and coaxes the towel from her body, and as a creeping mind control strips away her protests, one man's punishment over spilled manga volumes spirals into the whole building taking turns with her outdoors. By the final page the ropes come out and she is installed in the courtyard as a living amenity, a tissue box in her lap beneath a sign reading 'Wipe After Using — For Tenants Only.'
