Losing a gym challenge in Sinnoh carries a special penalty: defeated young trainers like Dia and Pearl become living toys for the region's towering gym leaders, personally 'coached' by the very women who beat them. Maylene drills her pint-sized loser through a hundred 'Toe Shuttle Runs' across her sweat-damp soles while Dia endures pressure training beneath her crotch, and high above the countryside, Champion Cynthia and fellow giantess Dawn reward ambitious winners with breast and full-body service at impossible scale. As the two colossal women send a departing challenger off with a warning to 'watch your step,' every bare footfall dwarfs the towns below—because in this Sinnoh, the real conquest begins after the battle ends.
