[Rana Yume] Trapped Within

An older sister has dreamed of holding her little brother Akira in the most literal way possible—and when she finally gets him alone in bed, she pulls him into her womb, moaning apologies as his slender body vanishes between her thighs. Her belly swells enormously with the captive sibling visible through straining, translucent skin as she waddles through her day in jeans and a cardigan, a black cat trailing at her feet, before the agonizing expulsion begins—filmed by a bespectacled friend and assisted by another busty woman with a ponytail. A claustrophobic tale of obsessive maternal longing twisted into something far hungrier.
