[Alpaca Club] Beware the Ecchi Mosquito! In the changing room [Full Color]

A quick trip to the changing room turns into a nightmare when a mosquito pricks a girl on the bare ass — then stings both nipples, leaving them swollen, burning, and maddeningly itchy. Panic gives way to reluctant solo action as the heat spreads through her: she pinches and rolls the inflamed nipples until she squirts, then desperately scrubs them with a toothbrush because it just feels too good to stop. The finale lands in a hospital exam room, where a team of doctors pins the sobbing girl down for a very hands-on cure and prescribes coming a hundred times if she wants to be healed.
