[Shimoyakedou (Ouma Tokiichi)] Narcolepsy (Fate/hollow ataraxia)

Bazett picks a dangerous night to bring an 'important thing' to Shirou's room, because Caren is already there wearing an innocent smile and promising she won't do anything bad — right before pinning the flustered fighter down for herself. True to the title, the young man keeps nodding off at the worst moments, so Caren cheerfully 'takes care of it,' putting her tongue to work between Bazett's thighs until he stirs awake and reclaims his place, driving Bazett to cry out his name as things build to a messy finish. A playful Fate/hollow ataraxia threesome where the real threat was never the Holy Grail — it's Caren's mischievous idea of looking after everyone.
