Two travelers, Hina and Okiku, collapse in a December blizzard and are taken in by a jovial old hermit whose bottomless bowls of radish soup leave them stuffed, gassy, and grateful — until he shyly asks to watch them pee. The girls good-naturedly oblige, stripping bare to relieve themselves side by side in the steaming snow, then squatting for a clothed encore once they realize their bearded benefactor is the same weird old man who crossed their path a year before.
