[Existing Girlfriend] A suffering about divine fetus - Episode 2

A heavily pregnant cultivator carries divine children far too powerful to sit still, and her swollen belly becomes a battlefield when a teasing companion pokes and presses to test which unborn child wields the strongest spiritual force. Inside her womb the restless siblings churn and scatter in x-ray close-ups, sending the sweating, moaning heroine into a desperate struggle to keep them from breaking free before their time. From playful belly-pressing teasing to a frantic forest scene where she begs her babies to stop and a voice urges her to suppress the other two, this episode blends wuxia cultivation drama with intense pregnancy-focused erotica.
