[Hiro Hiroki] Houkago Dokidoki Hokenshitsu | Exciting Afterschool Infirmary (Happiness Charge Puni Pedo! Koume Gumi)

In the quiet of the school infirmary, a routine physical examination takes an unexpected and thrilling turn. Two curious fifth-grade students, Minasaka Emi and Endou Nagisa, find themselves under the care of a male teacher, only to discover that the 'checkup' involves much more intimate exploration than they anticipated. As the teacher begins his hands-on inspection, the girls' curiosity transforms into a series of intense, sensory experiences, blurring the line between a simple medical check and a much more stimulating encounter. Tension rises as the boundary between student and teacher dissolves into a much more sensory-filled afternoon.
