[Ebi Fry Teishoku] Sukina Hito, Sukina Koto {brolen}

Kino-senpai never made the first move back in school, but years later she's the one pulling a younger coworker into an izakaya booth after his rough day, plying him with drinks until the evening tips from consolation into something hungrier. Interwoven chapters follow other women caught between propriety and want — a composed teacher who turns down a student's confession only because casual sex is improper, and a couple whose secret first time on the beach nearly gets walked in on. When the afterstory finally circles back to that long-delayed confession and the used condom left on the sheets, it's clear these are people who took the slow road to the person and the things they like.
