[Moheji] Alien's Egg 6 [MegaFagget]

Naomi tends faithfully to a bedridden friend until the girl's body seizes, shudders, and erupts—soft flesh splitting open as a drooling, many-toothed alien monster bursts free, all glistening hide and writhing segmented tentacles. The newborn creature can't hold back, pinning Naomi down and driving ribbed, ridged appendages into her while her friend's humanity drowns somewhere beneath the slime and hunger. A feverish body-horror descent where a night of caretaking curdles into infestation, and the only escape is whether Naomi runs fast enough—or becomes the next host.
