[Tomoe Tenbu] Sanity, Madness, and Sweet Medicine (Kotori-kan Vol.3) [YxTL]

Youko's world collapses when her closest friend coldly cuts her off, leaving her alone with bullies, a teacher who insists she's to blame, and a despair that drives her to the shoe lockers whispering for help. A man waiting in the shadows takes full advantage, dosing the trembling schoolgirl with sweet medicine and filming himself as he coaches her drooling mouth and breaks her body in on camera, savoring every confused sob of her first real thing. The cruelest page comes last, when the friend who abandoned her arrives searching and finds Youko smiling through tears, a little bottle in hand, already murmuring about bringing a friend along next time.
