[Peroi Nuru] Keiichirou does Nurse Cosplay with a Perverted Teacher in the Student Council Room!

Student council president Keiichirou gets roped into a private 'checkup' by Makiuchi-sensei, the sly teacher who coaxes him into nurse cosplay and feeds him a 'little stimulant' candy that melts his composure into drooling, ahegao-faced desperation. What begins behind locked doors spirals out of control when the rest of the council barges in mid-thrust—yet instead of ending things, the president's secret arrangement with his teacher only escalates into messier, more shameless territory, complete with x-ray close-ups of nakadashi and the once-proud president gleefully serving as his sensei's personal urinal. Even the epilogue promises more trouble, as council members whisper theories that their beloved president's entire class might be falling under the teacher's mind control, hinting this twisted checkup is far from over.
