[Avacyn] Oshi no ko ep. 2 (Oshi no Ko) [Full Color] [Ongoing]

Ruby Hoshino turns every head at her new school as a rising idol hopeful, while her brother Aqua earns a fearsome reputation as the one boy nobody dares cross to get close to her. What the gossiping classmates don't know is that the twins share far more than a household — unable to keep his hands off her even on campus, Aqua corners Ruby between classes, and when her debut threatens to put her in the public eye, he takes her right there in the gym equipment room. As their bodies entwine, her thoughts drift to the truth only they share: in a previous life she was his dying patient, and this time around she intends to make him happy on her own terms — not as an echo of their lost mother, and not merely as his sister.
