[I-Raf-you (Minemura)] The Class President's Lifestyle Check (Microne Magazine Vol. 42)

Gyarumi has heard enough lifestyle lectures from the class president, a stern and stubborn boy who scolds her daily, so she launches a counterattack that shrinks him down to doll-size and leaves him completely at her mercy. Clothed and grinning while he is stripped bare and small enough to pin beneath her sole, she conducts her own "lifestyle check" on his tiny body with her foot, tongue, and fingers, savoring every squirming, blushing reaction as she teases him until he is desperately begging to be shown properly. A femdom role-reversal where the disciplinarian discovers exactly what happens when the gyaru he keeps scolding decides to inspect him instead.
