[Mikitoamon] Rain and Light (Ameagari ni Mou Ichido) [ConTL]

A stranded college freshman takes shelter at a tiny shop by the thousand-step shrine and meets Hikari, a warm aproned shopkeeper who teases him about forgetting his umbrella yet quickly becomes the reason he keeps climbing those steps for his hundred-visit pilgrimage. Rain-soaked small talk melts into breathless kisses, her full breasts in his hands and her gasps mixing with the downpour as they finally give in to each other on a futon. But when he offers to quit school and work to help pay back her loan, her tearful whisper of 'Thank you. But I'm sorry.' leaves their tender new romance hanging on a heartbreak he never saw coming.
