[Meramera Jealousy] You Can't Go Home Until You Get Pregnant (Kotori-kan Vol. 3) [YxTL]

A middle schooler's ordinary walk home ends in captivity when a bespectacled man strings her up by chained wrists, gagged and helpless, and announces she isn't going anywhere until she's carrying his child. Skipping foreplay entirely, he rails into her sobbing, suspended body with gleeful obsession, finishing deep inside again and again while she hangs limp and broken beneath him. His final promise — that he'll let her go home safely once the baby grows past the point of no return — turns release itself into another trap.
