[Ashika] The light at dusk

A weary factory worker collects his paycheck and wanders home through nostalgic, lantern-lit streets, where a familiar little place awaits his visit. Young Akari greets her returning customer with shy devotion, asking whether he enjoyed their last time together before eagerly offering to service him, her wide eyes glistening as she gulps down everything he gives her. Built on a clever pun where her name means the very light of dusk, the story bathes this tender transactional bond in the melancholy glow of a fading evening.
