[Kawaraya-Koubou (Kawaraya)] The day I lost my virginity to my sleeping sister [Ldino]

A muscular older brother keeps telling himself he and his younger sister Hina will never lay hands on each other, night after night of staring at their father's sleeping pills and lying to himself. When Hina catches a cold, he stirs the medicine into her warm soup and finally crosses the line, taking her virginity while she sleeps and confessing his love against her defenseless body. But the closing pages flip everything: Hina left the medicine in an obvious place on purpose, and with a satisfied smile she dreams that this is how she finally becomes a mother.
