Sakio, a boy suddenly transformed into a girl, owes his dark-haired best friend a debt of gratitude—and decides there is only one favor worth asking someone he trusts that much. Left alone with her unfamiliar new body, she nervously tests it with a vibrator before working up the courage to invite her friend closer, fumbling through a first hesitant touch through fabric that quickly burns away every pretense of 'just best friends.' What follows is blushing, breathless exploration as the embarrassed girl takes the lead on top, discovering exactly what her transformed body was made to feel.
