[Niritsu Haihan] Chiharu wa Chiharu!? (Nekomimikko Club 1) [YxTL]

Six years after her mother dropped the bombshell that her fangs prove she isn't human, schoolgirl Chiharu has resigned herself to loneliness—until her friend points out that Naoto, the boy she bickers with daily, actually likes her back. Overwhelmed, the ponytailed girl with sharp canines bares far more than her teeth in a tearful first encounter, working her tongue over him and grinding atop him with desperate determination to be worthy of the boy she loves. The prank collapses into laughter and a scolding for Mom, but her parting tease about Chiharu going 'in heat' leaves one last question hanging.
