[Itou] Look ~Rukku~ (Ougon no Sonata XXX Sono Juuhachi)

A schoolgirl's week-long constipation becomes a household emergency when her little brother Mamoru walks in on her bent over and helpless, her stuffed ass too stuck to escape what he decides is a hands-on inspection. What starts as checking his big sister's butthole for blood escalates into surprise anal intercourse while she's pinned in place, until her overfilled body finally gives out in a spectacular messy release that leaves her collapsed on the floor. Blushing and furious, she can't deny the dick-in-the-butt cure worked, and his hopeful 'is that a promise?' leaves the door wide open for next time.
