[Toro Toro Resistance (K2)] Kesshou Tournament! Nazo no Card ga Haiboku no Aji [Kappasa]

A tournament duelist thinks he has the upper hand until his opponent's mystery card, Veda, slithers off the field with a very literal take on the term counter-attack. The multi-armed serpent woman drains his life points one long lick at a time, coiling him into helpless bondage while the petite girl commanding her cheerfully abuses every loophole in the rulebook. By the time the scoreboard bottoms out at -9999, all he can do is hang there wrapped up like a caterpillar while she plucks his rarest card as the price of defeat.
