[Lefthand] Yadoya no Oyaji ni Suiminkan Sareta Kekka, Ninshin Shussan shite Shimau Boukensha-chan

A cheerful bunny-eared adventurer proudly blames her round, heavy belly on the innkeeper's delicious cooking, blissfully unaware that the bald old man has been drugging her into a deep sleep each night to pump her full of his cum. Even heavily pregnant, her big breasts and swelling body remain his nightly plaything while she drifts half-conscious under the sleeping drug, until she finally wakes mid-act just as her water breaks. What follows is a frantic vaginal birth at the inn and a twisted new family, as the beaming old man cradles his heir and immediately sets about preparing for their next child.
