[Rinteku] Love in the Palm of His Hand

A clumsy freshman scatters his course registration papers across campus, only to have them returned by a composed stranger whose casual gesture turns out to be sign language for 'thanks.' Between fumbled hand signs, a train encounter neither can shake, and a playful Momotaro skit acted out by a chilly river, the tall bespectacled student and the young man who calls him Fujinaga stumble into a connection that words can't quite hold. With lips hidden and voices falling away, hearing with the eyes becomes something achingly intimate, two lean bodies leaning close enough to share breath as love gets spoken entirely in the palm of a hand.
