[Nekodanshaku] My sister's fever (Yoi Koto Warui Koto)

Tsumugi used to adore her big brother—until high school turned her bratty, flustered, and impossible to live with. When a nasty fever leaves him bedridden, one stolen touch while she sleeps unravels years of distance, and soon the small-breasted sister is shyly offering her first kiss, guiding his hands over her budding chest, and begging him not to pull out. By the time her friends invite her out for the weekend, Tsumugi already knows exactly where she belongs: nursing her sick brother back to health, one feverish round at a time.
