[Echiechi Kenzen Yuden (Girigiri Kenkou)] Haiki Sunzen Shoujo, Anal Kiseichuu Naedokoka Sairiyou [biribiri]

A white-haired girl, adorned with a tiara and piercings, suffers the violation of a grotesque teal anal parasite as it lays its eggs deep inside her, her pleas of "I'm sorry" and "It stopped, is this your colon?" falling on deaf ears while tendrils root into her flesh. Months later, she is revealed bloated and swarmed by the very creatures she unwillingly birthed, a cruel "breeding bug" experiment praised by her captors as "one step closer to world peace." She ends the tale smiling meekly through the writhing mass of parasites, a chilling final image of broken submission.
