[Imozuka Panikuru] [Sca Chuui!] Eirin no Shinyaku (Touhou Project)

Curvaceous pharmacist Eirin Yagokoro hastily tests an experimental new remedy on herself, only to discover with a panicked blush that its gastrointestinal side effects hit with explosive, unstoppable force. Clad in her signature red and blue outfit and thigh-high stockings, she scrambles desperately toward a wooden bucket while her voluptuous frame trembles and bulges with worsening pressure. The climax leaves her utterly spent and humiliated on the bathroom floor, even as a concerned companion peers in asking, "Master... did you get addicted to that...?"
