[Morigotatsu (Kotatsu Tomodachi)] Elixir Checker

An alchemical fantasy unfolds as a mysterious "ELIXIR"—a substance refined from male semen—sparks a chaotic clinical encounter between a nurse and her eager patients. The nurse administers multiple doses simultaneously, her hips raised in climax while a willing elf submits to the treatment, the elixir overflowing in a messy, addictive cascade. The slick, sweaty aftermath leaves the transformed subject utterly undone, a perfect introduction to Morigotatsu's signature blend of pharmaceutical absurdity and unrestrained indulgence.
