[Monjin (Samonji Monji)] Diet Improvement Phase Weight-Loss Part (Hanasaki Miyabi, Kageyama Shien)

Shien teases the blushing, easily flustered Miyabi about his stalled diet progress, claiming his weight hasn't changed despite all the jogging and broccoli. The playful taunt escalates quickly when Shien—revealing his feline ears and tail—sprawls atop the trembling smaller boy, probing his tight entrance and warning that a single session won't be enough. Punished with rough anal penetration on all fours, a sobbing, overwhelmed Miyabi can only beg for Shien to stop.
