[Kaiga] Lamia swallowed more than her limit and her stomach is about to burst (8p)

A playful, predatory lamia with a voluptuous bust and thick, scaled serpent tail traps two weak adventurers in a brick dungeon and swallows them whole to make them her flesh and blood. Her soft belly rapidly inflates into a taut, obscenely swollen and overstuffed dome that squirms, gurgles and leaves her immobile and gleefully overfull. Now stretched to her bursting limit and fighting back an unstoppable burp as more prey draws near, she must wobble away before her overindulgence gives her away.
