[Maxapple] Pregnancy laboratory

Kyoko, a bespectacled graduate intern with ripe, heavy breasts and a soft, curvaceous body, volunteers for a clinical pregnancy laboratory where embryo activity exceeds the threshold and her belly is forced into extreme inflation. Monitors warn her uterus is in danger of rupturing as her stomach deforms into a taut, sweat-slicked sphere reaching 140cm, leaving her breathless and gaping on the laboratory floor through a prolonged, agonizing vaginal birth. A year later she reunites with other voluptuously pregnant subjects relaxing in a steaming onsen, their enormous bellies still cracked and straining, teasing that the experiment's cycle of unbirth and hyper pregnancy is far from over.
