[Moai Tentyou] Illumination・Overhead Milky - Customize Heroine

Akane Naruse, a heroic fighter called Overhead Milky, deploys her armor and is thrust into a kaijin production plant where she is possessed and subjected to invasive bodily modifications, including cervix penetration, that reshape her into a new, alien‑infused form. She discovers the grotesque interior of the alien’s body, realizes her own organs have been altered, and ultimately embraces the transformation with a mix of fear and ecstatic acceptance. The narrative blends action, body horror, and erotic transformation, delivering a stark, provocative tale of a lone female hero’s surrender to alien domination.
