[Momo Ego (Kei Jiei)] Sanae and the Mysterious Room (Touhou Project)

Sanae Kochiya, a shrine maiden, discovers a hidden bathroom where a lecherous older man and a foot‑wielding figure dominate her, turning curiosity into forced arousal. She is restrained and teased, her ample breasts exposed as a vibrating device and a lingering foot drive her toward intense solo climax. The scene captures a tense, voyeuristic encounter that highlights her sole female experience within the mysterious room.
