[act.direction (partner)] Tasukete! Otaku-kun!! - Help me! Otaku-kun!! (VOICE VOX) (SCANMTL)

Tsumugi Kasukabe’s curvy, twin-tailed figure anchors a chaotic, joke-heavy fantasy as her awkward predicament tangles her and a bespectacled companion in slime, tentacles, cuffs, and balloon-like restraints. Shocked expressions, frantic struggle poses, rough lettering, and the repeated worry “MY CONSCIOUSNESS?” turn their mounting embarrassment into breathless farce. The title’s plea—“Help me! Otaku-kun!!”—promises an increasingly unruly race to regain control.
