[Koyumean (Kazakami Sudare)] Shokushu Youmu (Touhou Project) (SCANMTL)

Youmu Konpaku is swept into an altered, drug-soaked encounter where writhing tentacles crawl over her naked, ample body, pierce and grip her, and leave her gasping in ahegao. The stark monochrome layouts and her flushed expressions turn the sequence into a feverish study of surrender, desire, and mounting bodily distress, while rough dialogue hints that nutrients are being drawn from her. A sinister second face lurking in the margins gives the grotesque intimacy an added sense of danger, leaving the reader curious about what—or who—is feeding on her.
