[ohkohaku] Gudako and Nightingale [NicoMaki] (Love Live!)

Maki Nishikino and Nico Yazawa’s nurse-inspired roleplay takes a surreal turn when a syringe marked “TESTOSTERONE INJECTION” precedes an astonishing three-day transformation. Maki’s proportions swell to overwhelming, cartoonish scale, replacing their familiar banter with stunned silence, embarrassment, and frantic reassurance. By the final encounter, Nico’s alarm and Maki’s stubborn insistence that she is fine frame the escalation as equal parts body-swap farce, messy transformation, and intimate concern.
